What is the return policy?
At Menzup, we are committed to delivering quality products and excellent service. If, for any reason, you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple 7-day return and exchange policy to make your shopping experience worry-free.
Note: Exchange or refund is not applicable for clearance sale items.
Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
All original tags must be attached.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team. Once we receive your item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the process to ensure you receive the product you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Costs

Rural or remote areas may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.
